CARE: Credit Abuse Resistance Education

CARE’s Educator Newsletter + Resources

Are you an educator? Would you like to know more about how CARE can help you and your students?

CARE is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to prepare the next generation for financial success. We offer free presentations to schools and youth organizations. During these presentations, our volunteers, which include bankruptcy judges and attorneys as well as financial literacy professionals, who share their stories and experiences with youth in an effort to highlight the importance of financial literacy and building a strong financial future.

Here at CARE, we are continuously creating and sharing information that can be used by educators to help satisfy their school’s financial literacy requirements and to spread knowledge about financial literacy. Some of these resources include videos, activity flyers, links to CARE Founder Judge Ninfo’s Top 10 Personal Finance Tips podcast episodes, and much more. Whenever a new resource becomes available, we add it to our Educator Resources page. Click here to check it out!

Each spring, summer, and fall, we send out an Educator Newsletter which includes a note from our Executive Director, Tammy Hettinger, educator resources that can help you this school year, tools & resources for everyone, a link to request a CARE presentation at your school or youth organization, CARE volunteer spotlights, and other important articles, links, and resources.
