Welcome to CARE Denver!
Meet our Chapter Coordinators
Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming
Case Administrator for the US Bankruptcy Court District of Colorado
The U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of Colorado and Wyoming, bankruptcy professionals, and other financial experts are partnering with teachers and community leaders to engage students and young adults in financial literacy. Professionals who have seen the effects of financial hardships and successes share real-life experience and knowledge to help future generations avoid pitfalls along their financial journeys. CARE Denver has a dozen volunteers, including federal judges. We have presented to roughly 200 students in the last quarter and are working to expand the chapter by partnering with more schools, community organizations, and financial professionals. CARE Denver offers virtual and in-person presentations across Colorado as well as in Wyoming. We offer a range of presentation topics including credit, student loans, and budgeting, based on teacher requests and student curriculum.
Interested in having a CARE presenter visit your school or speak with your youth group?
